New

A product in “new” is fresh from the store and in pristine condition.

Never Been Used

A product in “never been used” condition is never been used and in super excellent condition.

Excellent

A product in “excellent” condition has rarely been worn and does not present any noticeable wear other than light marks.

Very Good

A product “very good” condition has been worn often, but was well-cared for; it presents only light to moderate scratches, stains, or marks.

Good

A product “good” condition has been worn regularly; it presents visible signs of wear in the interior and on the exterior, including its base and corners.

Fair

A product “fair” condition has heavy wear on one part of the product; it presents moderate wear in the interior and on the exterior including handles, corners and wax edges
